2013 Realignment Conference: Successful Outcomes – Integrating Resources for Justice Involved Individuals - October 2013

The 2013 Conference, hosted by the Joint Training Partnership, presented proven practices to integrate resources throughout the offender continuum – from diversion, custody, and supervision to treatment and reentry into the community – and brought together public safety, corrections, justice, policy and offender service agency executives to examine public safety and justice innovations in California counties. Association for Criminal Justice Research: 78th Semi-Annual Meeting - October 2013

The theme of this year’s conference was “Implementing Evidence Based Programs in a ‘Realigned’ Criminal Justice System.” The impact of Realignment on women, measuring Realignment at the two-year mark, and health care and criminal justice populations was among the topics covered.
